Dollar tree Frames
Black Chalk Paint
White Chalk Paint
Gray Folk Art French Gray Paint
2 Paint Brushes
Paint one or 2 coats of black chalk paint on the frame. Once it dries you might see the gold coming through in the detail of the frame so you may want to use that second coat here making sure you get in all those cracks and creases, so it is completley black.
Once it is completley dry draw out the shape of a ghost with a pencil. This will be your guide.
Paint in the ghost.
I used two coats of white chalk paint.
While the second coat is still wet come in with your 2nd paint brush of the gray paint and outline the edges of the ghost. Blend with the 2nd larger brush used for the white paint to blend the colors together.
Next you can dry out the eyes and paint them with the black paint.
And you are finished with the cutest simplest UNIQUE ghost portraits!
