Check out the steps here….

Supplies

Canvas or piece of wood

Apple Barrel Key West Paint

Folk Art Bleu Sarcelle

Pink Poms

Music Scrap Book Paper

Other Various Scrap Book Paper for Origami Heart

Glue Gun

Modge Podge

Brown Wax

2-3 Paint Brushes

With a paper towel you will wipe the whole canvas to rub in the brown wax and give it that aged look. You may have to dampen the cloth if you find it is drying.
It should look similar to this. The blend of these colors really give that patina copper look. This is just amazing and I could use this on everything! LOVE THIS PART!
Next you will draw or trace out a heart – A good enough size that will fit in the middle of your canvas.
Use a couple of scrap book pieces of paper and rip the into smaller pieces.
Modge Podge all the pieces on – Overlapping the little scrap pieces to look like a collage.

Once it is dry you will use another coat of brown wax paint and paint another coat over it and rub it off to give it the aged look.

Next you will grab your pink poms and hot glue gun around the edge of the heart and stick it all around. You may have to work in sections to make sure your poms stick.
And you are finished. If you want to see the live FACEBOOK video on this you can check it out here. PLUS there is a
